I am a fifth year graduate student in Personality and Social Psychology at the University of Iowa.  

Broadly speaking, I am interested in judgment and decision making and self-processes.  More specifically, some of my main research interests include: 1) Optimism/risk perception, 2) Comparative judgment and social comparison, 3) norm perception/influence, and 4) egocentrism and egotism.  Additionally, I am interested in the role of culture across each of these areas of research.
